This was a replacement for our original adjustable cantilever umbrella that broke within 2 months (and was not returnable or refundable). In spite of that bad experience, I decided to try again but went with a non-adjustable one this time This one can be raised or lowered and thats it. So it has far fewer moving parts that can break. Works perfectly and was super easy to setup - although quite heavy, so I suggest being 2 people for the initial setup.
