First opening the box, it looked to be a major undertaking. However it was a simple job. Just a few notes : some of the pieces are heavy, especially the umbrella holder and might need a second person. The raising and lowering handle was a bit tedious to line up the hole. Unfortunately, the color I purchased did not match everything else we had so we had to return it. Which Wayfair made quite easy to do!
