We decided to refloor our rental trailer, and this flooring was great for the job. Since it is water repellent, we could use it throughout the trailer, including the bathrooms. I LOVE this flooring. I have had about 1800 sq feet down for 4 years and just purchased more. My installer thought it was hardwood when he arrived and I had a bit layed out.
