I really like our new umbrella. It seems sturdy, although I've yet to see it in a big wind storm. I will definitely have to make sure it is closed. It sets up really nice. The reason I gave this a 4 is because the base of it is very sharp. My husband built a box on our deck to hold the umbrella, which works very well.
