I’ve owned the fridge for about 3 weeks and it is a solid upgrade. PROS: It looks great and elevates the look of the kitchen to gourmet. The water/filter quality is top tier and the auto sense fill feature saves time when filling up a glass or a measuring cup. And of course it chills and freezes nicely with features that boost the capability for special circumstances such as installation or recovering from a power outage. CONS. It’s missing a few “normal folks” features that I’ve enjoyed over the years and that I would expect for the cost. 1. It is massive and takes 4-6 people to deliver it; annotate that during delivery or they won’t send enough people to get it off the truck. Also, installation and haul away aren’t included. Be prepared to pay a few hundred extra. 2. The door isn't magnetized - so it won’t hold a magnet. 3. So far, so good. We wanted a 48” built-in fridge to replace our 24-year-old GE Monogram. Looked for one with size and reliability being most important. Did not want bells & whistles, so this one was as close as we could get. Wish we could have purchased it without the huge ice maker that we very rarely use and without internet connectivity. Shelves are a tiny bit less deep than the last refrigerator, but it’s not too much of a problem. It’s working, keeps the food safe, and is very attractive. The only minor issue is that sometimes it seems a little too straight - for instance when I pull the spray nozzle out, it is a teensy bit hard to turn it to spray into the far corners - but I prefer the look and shape the way it is so I don't mind. The faucet is beautiful Having it installed today. HOWEVER, i needed a sink hole cover to match the italian brass(a small round disc that covers the extra holes in the sink). I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41.
