Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. This tile is incredible! It arrived with no breaks, but it did have some chips on a few tiles. My installer said no big deal & he would use those for cuts. If they use US Pack Home to deliver to your area, be prepared for anything but good service. I conveyed all of this to Wayfair & to corporate with US Pack Home, so hopefully no other customer goes through all of the frustration that I did. The way I was treated by the freight company was totally unacceptable. I appreciate how Wayfair stepped in and contacted the freight company's corporate office.
