We are currently updating our kitchen, and decided to go with a cabinet style/built-in microwave . I came across this one and decided to try it. It’s not a name brand that I’m familiar with, but I’m ok with that, as long as it functions well. The microwave look and design are nice. The only thing I don’t like as well on it as my past microwave is the quick start/ pre programmed buttons. This one has 8, including pizza, popcorn auto defrost, but some of the others ( frozen food, beverage) won’t be as useful to me as some I’m missing. I use the soften/ melt and 1lb defrost often on my previous microwave. It does have 10 power levels which will be useful. Once I’m able to use the microwave a few months, I’ll update. Shelly. The oven door does not stay open to take out the hot item. Need my husband to hold it open while I remove the item. Also the temperature is way off. I set it at 350 degrees.
