Looks great, havent used it yet because my bathroom is still under construction. Cons- my contractor said the interior water line was tethered in it without any slack, which made it very difficult to install. The tub is as perfect as the picture. The box was a little pushed in on one side and one of the delivery men quickly opened the box and it appeared there was no damage.
