This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure. This was delivered super fast. It was packaged well. It was what we were looking for, and now that I’ve got it installed and used it a few times, I can say it works so well, and I love it. I knocked a star off because there are some frustrating (welding) stains on the stainless steel, and I got cut on a piece of sharp metal that was sticking out of it. Other than that, it’s a dream, and for the price, I don’t think we could have gotten even close with another option. 30 in. insert range hood has up to 900 CFM suction capacity. It is equipped with 2-3-watt LED lights and can be adjustable. The light color is on the warm side. This insert range hood can be remote controlled, with the remote control infrared transmitting up to about 9.84 feet away. We also control the built-in range hood by gesture sensing and touching the digital panel. It has 4-fan speeds, whether remote control, gesture control, or touch control to adjust the speed of the fan. The power cord is 53 in. long and is connected to the power supply through a 110-120V 3-prong plug.
