just don,t like the fact that the delivery people delivered it and probably had it in the truck up side down. AFTER OPENING THE BOX THE DOOR WAS NOT SECURED WITH TOP AND BOTTOM BRACES, STAPLES WERE USED IN WRAPPING UP THE DOOR WITH CARDBOARD AND PUT INTO THE BRICK MOLDING. NOW I FIND THAT IT IS MADE TO FIT A THICKER DOOR OPENING AND IT IS GOING TO COST AN ADDITIONAL $500. TO FRAM IT OUT AND WE HAVE TO FIR OUT THE OUTER WALL TO MAKE IT WORK.
