This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. We’re really pleased with our new pool table. It arrived by a delivery company and delivery was professionally scheduled. We paid extra for inside delivery to floor of our choice, it’s worth the extra as the box is large and very heavy. The pool table is packaged extremely well. It was simple to assemble the legs, the side supports for the legs are packed and in the box but under the table top. Just mentioning this as we thought they were missing. It took 3 adult men to lift the table and turn it over and place it on its feet. The only part we were uncertain about were the actual round feet it rests on are made of plastic. It is relatively flimsy until you get it all together and then even then not sure how well it’ll stand up to some serious storms. All that being said, it is a shed and it came with all the parts and it is standing.
