It single handily was my sous-chef for prepping and making Thanksgiving dinner, along with many other meals. Its multiple settings include slow cook like a standard crock pot, sauté/sear which I found myself using mostly, rice cooker, sous vide, meal timer/manual function which is also helpful. I’ve made couscous, rice and multiple chicken dinners, seared veggies, made stock and kept my mashed potatoes warm while I finished Thanksgiving dinner. This machine has a lot of power and functionality while looking quite professional and high end. My only complaint is the size/weight of it, with all that power and functions come parts to hoist and overall it’s a bit large for simply keeping out on my counter so I keep it tucked away. Without having proper space for this machine I can see it being hard to keep around, luckily I have the room. This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. Fits great as this is one of the standard sizes. A little hard to install retroactively but we got it eventually. Light and fan both work great. Fan has two speeds which both work effectively.
