Love the whirlpool. Didn’t think the light in the tub was important but I do enjoy it. Just read the spec sheet before you buy, it needs two gfi to run the light and whirlpool motor. Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at.
