Mind you this umbrella was purchased 3 years ago. Paired with the Castellanos Offset Plastic Free Standing Umbrella Base. Survived 2 hurricanes and 1 tropical storm. This Umbrella has really made my patio so much nicer. It’s a beautiful escape from the Florida sun. The lights at night are so pleasant we are still enjoying it after 3 years. Although replacement parts are available we haven’t had to replace anything yet, after 3 years!! It’s well worth the money and the fabric is strong and durable. I have several seating areas and have ordered my share of umbrellas so i think i have a pretty good sense of comparison and quality. This umbrella is about one of the best I have gotten so far. The construction is far superior and the fabric is thick and blocks the strong sun. For the very first time the pole fits snug into my base (I used my own not the one the umbrella came with). The crank to lift and lower the triple umbrella is solid and well made. The solar lights are an added plus. I anticipate this umbrella lasting many seasons. If I could give this 10 stars I would!!.
