This corner unit is fantastic! My only criticism is that the instructions are absolutely terrible! It took a lot of troubleshooting with my contractor to make it work. It also requires a very strong pull to open it. It closes back very quickly with little effort, but definitely takes some effort on the pull. I had a few problems installing. The swing out arm would get stuck while swinging out. I had to add a slat of wood where the mounting bracket attached to the cabinet. Our client chose this corner tub for his project. It's a beautiful tub however, there are a few challenges that came with it. The overflow drain only came in one color which did not match his shower trim kit (we had to devise a solution for a matching overflow).
