I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you. This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure.
