This umbrella looks very nice. It is quite large and blocks a good bit of the sun from our large deck. I have an issue with the ease of raising and opening the umbrella. Its nearly impossible to open the umbrella while its in the lowered position, however, once I raise it up, I cant reach the crack to open it because its too high. Further, raising it up is difficult. Ive had other umbrellas like this before that raised up very easily. This one is awkward and hard to do. I end up struggling with it to raise it up a little bit, opening the umbrella, then raising it up the rest of the way.
