So happy with my new greenhouse! The assembly was a little intimidating at first but my husband and I worked together and were able to get it assembled. It wasn’t too bad just took a little while due to all the rain we have been getting. Every piece was labeled including the screws which made everything so much easier. They have a booklet or an app you can use for the assembly, we decided to use the book. Water and electric was super easy to set up we ran an extension cord and water hose for now but will work on long term lines for both. It has so much space and storage room! I am in love with this greenhouse. When I first opened the box I got pretty overwhelmed with the assembly but one I got it going and took it one step at time it came together perfectly. It does contain a ton of parts. I put together on my own but it took many days. I build a paver base for this but keep in mind it’s pretty lightweight so be sure to anchor it down well and follow the placement directions from the book. While I was putting it together we had a very windy day and it did move around quite a bit so keep that in mind. They really thought of everything. Love the Green House but don"t ask how the shipping went - give it a 1 - missing boxes, had to re-order and then that started a whole other experience from HELL. then don't ask how their customer service went from there, TOTAL DISASTER. As others have said, the instructions are not easy to follow. Definitely read ahead. Some of the parts were difficult to put together and had to be bent back into shape, but that is expected with aluminum. This greenhouse is absurdly difficult to assemble. For some reason it is designed to be on constant level ground. It’s a greenhouse, it goes outside in a garden where there are hills. The problem stems from these drop in rods they use. These rods go into rectangular slots and then fasten to absolutely nothing. The greenhouse is beautiful! It took one and a half days for my nephew and I to put it together. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I am missing a piece. The part that attaches to the arm that lifts the vent was not included in the box. The vent is supposed to be automatic. But there is nothing to lift the vent.
