We absolutely love this outdoor fire table! It looks beautiful on our deck and really completed the space. The quality is great, and it fits perfectly with our outdoor furniture and decor. My husband was able to put it together fairly quickly with no issues, which was a huge plus. We did swap out the included rocks for black fire glass to better match our decor and the other fireplace on our deck, and it turned out exactly how we envisioned. Overall the fire pit is gorgeous but it’s not exactly what I was expecting and I think it was a little overpriced. It looks good but I was expecting something concrete and it’s metal with a concrete overlay - it’s not that heavy. Two men carried it and installed it easily. It works well. It looks very nice on our screen porch. Easy to put together. The box was a bit damaged upon arrival (with a decent sized hole). We’re extremely happy with the Touchstone Sideline Elite fireplace. The flame looks very realistic and bright, and being able to adjust the flame speed is a great feature. The flame and base color options are excellent and don’t look cheap at all. It’s definitely worth the extra cost compared to cheaper options—this looks and functions like a very high-end fireplace without having to spend thousands more. It added a beautiful, premium touch to our new media wall. It came with a log, driftwood and crystals. So, you can style it however you like. The only downside was the shipping speed. Delivery through Wayfair took about two weeks, which caused some inconvenience. Other than that, the fireplace itself is amazing. So this didn’t start off well. It arrived bentwarped. I went on the app and reported the issue and they sent me out replacement parts very quickly. The replacements arrived within 6 days. The replacement was in excellent condition. I love the lights. It has several different setting. You can have them flash and rotate colors or you can set it to just one color and it stays solid with no flashing. The blue glass is gorgeous. The glass wall is great for keeping people safe. I like that you can adjust the flame. The igniter works great. You just insert a battery and it is ready to use. It takes 3 batteries for the lights. I forgot to mention that but they do send batteries. The instructions are basically to assemble the propane tank box. Very easy to assemble. The propane tank box is great because it hides it and doesn’t ruin the scenery. The propane hose is long enough to use the box as a side table. It probabaly took me longer to unbox it than it took to put everything together. It is lightweight so moving it is easy and it has adjustable feet. This will allow you to level it properly. Works good and looks nice but it would have helped if the remote control worked. There’s no way to dim the lights without the remote so it is very bright when the room is dark. Update… Contacted the manufacturer directly and they fixed the issue. They were very responsive and sent a free replacement remote control and panel. They guided me through the whole process of pairing the remote and followed through a few days later to see how everything was working. Now it is working 100 perfect!!
