I had a ge microwave already. This was basically the newest version. Be careful. The mount bracket is a little different and the top screws are in a different spot. This oven looks really nice & cooks extremely well! I use Convection Mode mostly & it automatically reduces temperature which is nice. Bake Mode is what I use for desserts, breads & so far I’m happy with that. I have used the air fryer & comes with a basket. Improvements: menu panel is VERY hard to see in the evening- the print is too light. This really needs to be backlit, imo. (The LCD display that shows temp, etc is very bright so I’m not sure why the menu display is so dull) Also it’s missing add a minute button, when you want to add more time to cooking. The oven light goes off after 1 minute, which makes no sense if you want to check on your food while cooking. I like the broiler being actually in the oven instead of being in the bottom drawer of the oven, but that will take some getting used to. But having the storage drawer is very convenient. The digital control for the oven I feel is more accurate than a knob to control the oven temperature. And I like the simplicity of that feature on this particular model. I feel that on some ranges with all the oven features on the control panel are unnecessary. I like the simplicity of this model. The burners light so fast and easy! And the oven heats faster than any oven I have ever had. The only thing that I have found is that I miss having one smaller burner for simmering, the lowest burner setting is not low enough to simmer using a small pan but works fine with a larger sized pan. The wifi feature allows me to start the oven while on my way home from the grocery store, cook baked potatoes left inside it or preheat from the hammock in the backyard.
