[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. So this was delivered yesterday and it was supposed to be set up by the delivery people, but unfortunately the base that we bought, was recommended by Wayfair, and it doesn’t fit this umbrella. We just installed this 10'' round umbrella in a Water Tank Base The instructions were good, and the umbrella functions as advertised Four star rating because the 2-piece Cover Plate that goes on top of the base, around the the base tube and main tube, does not snap together at all This is a poorly-designed object, and I hope this problem does not hint at other problems with this umbrella.
