First opening the box, it looked to be a major undertaking. However it was a simple job. Just a few notes : some of the pieces are heavy, especially the umbrella holder and might need a second person. The raising and lowering handle was a bit tedious to line up the hole. I would recommend bolting down the legs, I ended up putting lag bolts through the deck floor joists. That thing isn't moving! Overall a very large and solid umbrella, very happy with purchase.. amazing! We love our new range!! It was thousands less than others that we looked at. I called our Appliance Repair man prior to purchasing… Just to ensure that I would have someone local to help. Should anything go wrong. They were familiar with the brand and we purchased in confidence. The oven seems to need a tiny calibration… And even on convection, it heats a little unevenly. But considering how gorgeous this is and how well all of the burners work… We have absolutely no complaints! I really like our new umbrella. It seems sturdy, although I've yet to see it in a big wind storm. I will definitely have to make sure it is closed. It sets up really nice. The reason I gave this a 4 is because the base of it is very sharp. My husband built a box on our deck to hold the umbrella, which works very well. First of all the black champagne bronze is shockingly gorgeous! The legs make it look like furniture. This arrived just in time for my Memorial Day party with 80 guest. My caterer used my oven and said it worked like their commercial oven at restaurant. I was able to cook breakfast next day for 23 people with ease. Since then I’ve Baked and used oven everyday and I have to say,so far I’m in love with this range. Made of high quality. Small oven fits appetizers or sides .
