What a great product! Lightweight and easy to cut with a fine blade in a miter saw. No chipping of finish when cutting. Installed a 13 x 13 room in under 3 hours with two people. Used the standard adhesive (blue tube) to secure it to a painted ceiling. Paint was sanded prior to installation. I didnt have an issue with it because I have small handsarms and they fit pretty easily in the frosted glass canister (which is approx 3.25 in diameter). Overall, people love them, and I do too! Unfortunately, these lights don’t work in my house. They are made for new construction and in order to make them work in an older house. You will need to order the springs from the company for them to work unless you have newer construction they won’t work. That being said, they seem like good quality. These are great!! I have these installed in our kitchen with a couple different sizes. The brightness and the color is consistent between the sizes so it looks like the are basically the same light.
