[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. We downsized our home a few years back, but when we remodeled our kitchen, we wanted the professional style oven/stove we had in our larger home. The size of this refrigerator is "Huge". I highly recommend using the service to assemble and install. After reading the instructions, I quickly realized that it's not for me. The refrigerator is elegant and we absolutely love it. I would recommend. Oh, for those that like to figure things out without consulting the user's manual, good luck...you will need the manual..
