Beyond pleased with the manufacturer of this item (Wyndham) and with Wayfair. I unfortunately received a badly broken countertop, but Wayfair replaced the entire item. The second one was in perfect condition and though the project was delayed, it was 100% worth the wait. This is a great quality piece. It fit my space very tightly, but my amzing contractors made it work. He also added a toe kick to the bottom for that custom look. I highly recommend this product and anything from this company. I’m really happy with the quality of this vanity. It is solid wood and seems well made. The price was great compared to other vanities made from mdf. Wayfair’s shipping process is convenient and efficient. I needed a different size once the vanity arrived, but return shipping was $150. They gave me a credit on the larger vanity I purchased to offset the return shipping cost! First unit shipped arrived on time but top was broken and driver took it back. Second unit arrived on time. Delivery personnel unloaded and placed vanity in garage. Very helpful. Packing list on outside showed 4 boxes. Only two on pallet. The smaller sink boxes were found inside the vanity base box. Have not uncrated the vanity yet to check for damage. The top was not damaged. Looks nice from box. Will check for damage after removing shipping box when ready to install. So far everything looks good. Love the quality and colors of this vanity..
