Four-sided with all kinds of activities, double slides (yes, they are a bit steep and fast but no ones complaining), a rock wall, swing set, monkey bars, an upper fort and a lower area with a serving window and bench. It’s perfect for our 10-year-old and 7-year-old to share, and they absolutely love it. Assembly took a while, so I highly recommend reading through all of the instructions before starting. A few of the directions were a little unclear or out of order, but nothing that couldn’t be figured out with some patience. One thing to note we had to return our mattress because it was too thick for the bed’s safety requirements. I would recommend staying under an 8-inch mattress, especially for the top bunk.
