I absolutely cannot say anything bad about this chair except that it doesn’t come in more colors. Before it was even fully unwrapped it started to come to life. It’s one piece so there isn’t a possibility of them sliding apart. Another question was if there is enough back support. I think so. Overall for the price it is a well made chair. Some of the issues I have with it probably would have been avoided if there was an instruction book on how to use the features. I don’t know how to reduce the intensity, or where the heat is. The rollers are fixed and very strong. It’s perfect in my space! I was skeptical about it when the package arrived because the chair, ottoman, pillows came packaged neatly in one box. The pillows were vacuum sealed. The feet are a durable plastic. Assembly was very simple. I love the material color (black). The chair & ottoman are nice but the seat is not as cushioned as I'd like.
