It's really pretty. Using as a accent chair in bedroom. I'm my opinion it should be half the price. I've purchased large overstuffed chairs for less then this. BUT I had a sentimental reason for wanting it so I am satisfied. The quality/ sturdiness is good. Wanted to add. It is not as bright red as the first photo looks. It leans EVER SO SLIGHTLY on the rust red side. I am in no way saying it is rust but you may want to know it's not bright red, like say ruby red glassware would be.
