Better than expected! Received faster than expected. Wrapped way better than I read in post. Had one minor dent in top which I don’t think will do anything with the unit not working correctly. I was going to return because if loudness. Decided it sucked way more smells out to keep it. My home doesn’t smell while cooking. It’s Big high efficiency filters are a plus. Excellent product, fast delivered, well packed, clear instructions for installation. Works great on its purpose, a little noisy, but it does the job and completes the kitchen.
