bought this for a bathroom remodel and the box was packed full of little styrofoam packing balls. Our contractor installed the faucet and when it was time to test everything , the handheld sprayer had no pressure and was just dribbling out. When the contactor took the hose and handle apart, the inside was PACKED with the styrofoam balls. it took over an hour to get them all out of the hose and sprayer. You can adjust fan speed from 1–10. It feels like you are sitting on your porch with a steady breeze. It also includes aromatherapy pads. You can use it as a regular fan or use its full functionality to circulate air throughout the room. I can’t say enough about this dehumidifier. It’s extremely well made. It performs better than expected and has replaced two 70 pint dehumidifiers in a very humid indoor space. It holds humidity levels to our desired humidity range of below 50 without issue. The blower is powerful and helps to move air around the space it is in. The gravity drain is easy to connect the provided hose and clamp to as well. There is also a washable and reusable air filter on the intake side.
