What a great product! Lightweight and easy to cut with a fine blade in a miter saw. No chipping of finish when cutting. Installed a 13 x 13 room in under 3 hours with two people. Used the standard adhesive (blue tube) to secure it to a painted ceiling. Paint was sanded prior to installation. The brushed copper hardware are beyond beautiful.They are GE, sent tools to do it and it was super easy.The only issue, was that it took several weeks for it to be delivered. It was considered an appliance and had to be signed for. This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure.
