Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. We haven't installed yet. but we like the look and options. Ordered on the 6th of the month, received on the 8th of the next month (32 days). Shipping company couldn't find it on the day we were to receive it, moved delivery another week, then pushed us another week. Wayfair provided no help. So far so good! Temperature is set 25 degrees different between the beverage side and wine side. So far wine is perfect temp. Haven’t had a chance to test the colder beverage section but working great so far. Look is good, not loud at all. Beautiful piece so far and a great buy compared to the many others I researched over many hours it’s seemed. Fits perfect in our space. I like that the light can easily be turned on or off (I didn’t like the idea of a blue light being on all the time). The wooden sliding shelves are simply designed, they slide easily and just catch themselves on a stop to ensure they don’t slide too far out. Lower lock works easily- just an allen wrench key so if you have a handy teenager maybe not a fail safe lol. If problems arise I’ll update the review but happy and excited about our winecoffee bar!.
