The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. I love this table. It was so very well packaged that this almost 400lb table in two packages was over 600 lbs but everything came safe & intact. Assembly was easy and it exceeded my expectations. The leafs pull out easily to give a few more feet to this already large table. We haven’t had a family gathering yet for the real test to see if it holds up to that.
