Bought this hood since I needed to replace my old one and I must say this thing is absolutely amazing!! Easy installation and it came in perfect condition with no damages at all, it has a motion detector for your hands so you don’t have to press any buttons which was very very cool, also it sucks up the smoke so fast and well. Definitely recommended if you need a hood for your kitchen. It has such a clean finish to it and it should go well with any kitchen. I definitely recommend this hood unlike other hoods that are slow this one will make sure your smoke alarm won’t go off if you are cooking and release too much smoke. I never took it out of the box because after reading the installation booklet, I could find no instructions on how to install it in non-ducted fashion even though the product description said it could be installed without ducting. It showed "Option 1" (ducted) but no Option 2. While trying to research online for suggestions on how to install a nonducted unit, I found several complaints about the company's lack of customer service.
