Water pressure is fantastic. The rain shower can be tilted which is great for someone short. The handheld being able to be moved gives you more control on where the water hits you. The knob can be a bit tricky when getting the water temp right but you get use to it. The install was a bit challenging for the contractor but overall great support from the manufacturer. Tooba. I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. My only gripe if I even need one but I worry that down the road, if I want to change out the shower head or if theres am issue, its not a universal swap due to the connection. Im no plumber, so maybe its not really an issue, but it doesnt affect anything because thats years away. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to remodel or at least do some updates.. Douglas.
