Zero stars. It doesn’t come with any tools to get a plug off the back. Tool needed is a massive hex key that is nearly impossible to find. Please tell people before they buy or at least in the instructions that they need this tool. It also never cooled past 19 degrees and is a PAIN to get a refund. AND is keeping 200 for “return” delivery after I PAID EXTRA for in store delivery and the delivery driver refused to bring it inside. Save yourself a headache and save your money!. Anonymous.
