This is a great little dehumidifier. We got it for our basement because our old one was getting old and starting to have problems. This one is smaller and a lot quieter. This dehumidifier works amazing! We had a humidity issue in our house and this fixed it. This dehumidifier works so well it actually made our smart thermostat send alert that humidity had dropped below normal. The BIG design flaw is that when the cycle is complete it simply shuts off, no indicator light that the cycle has been completed. Major over-sight, possibly they could modify it with a sw update? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After one week of use I have observed that this dishwasher gets the dishes clean (even the stuck on stuff on heavy duty cycle) and is very quiet. It does what it is supposed to do. The only issues I have are that the silverware basket is too small (it needs to be twice as long) and and that you have to download an app to your phone and connect to your dishwasher in order to use some functions (i.e. machine care or rinsing). I replaced my water heater, also 20 years old. The water is coming out with the lime sentiment. It quickly settles. But I’m hoping it finishes. The product obviously works.
