IMO, great chairs! The package and all parts arrived undamaged, parts are well organized in the box with clear labeling, instruction manual is well written with clear/simple drawings, the chair color (light walnut) looks good as advertised, and the chair assembly is painless. First, the included wrench is marginal. IMO, start your chair assembly with a standard wrench - it'll make for a more pleasant experience. Second, I would pre-drill all the screw hole ends to eliminate wood cracking, specifically the seat back (see photo). Use a 3/32" drill bit or smaller on hole ends to prevent wood cracking. We decided to refloor our rental trailer, and this flooring was great for the job. Since it is water repellent, we could use it throughout the trailer, including the bathrooms. We are in the process of remodeling our home. Today we are installing this product—and so far, it’s been super easy. There are 10 planks in a box and it was packaged incredibly well so as to avoid damage during shipping. The quality of the product is excellent. I love how easy it is to operate the tongue and groove system but there are a few pieces that have been tricky. It’s also a bit hard to match up the “knotholes” in the pattern.
