This was exactly as described. Measurements were great, metal is strong, shelf is useful as are the utensil hooks under the shelf. We chose not to drill into the tile to adhere. Expensive but worth it to me. I also purchased the gold brass trim kits (stupid expensive too) and could not be happier.They also made the handle available for my dishwasher and I wanted all of my appliances to match.
