I bought the 12’x12’ Size and it is awesome! It provides amazing shade on our sun drenched mountain back porch. It’s substantial, impressive and beautiful. I also purchased a compatible wheeled base, which I highly recommend if you think you’ll need it to be portable. The only issue is that the upper canopy arrived with a small tear in it and we’re waiting on next steps from the manufacturer. Massive, beautiful umbrella! This umbrella is such great quality. I didn't realize how much this umbrella would cover on my deck until I got it put together! It comes 2 poles to make the height and then the base come in a few simple parts. The base does require sand bags or we use cement bags. We just got two of these set up and they seem nice, but have barely used them yet. My main issue was the inability of Wayfair to send anyone who could put them together. They are too large for one person and, while I had paid for assembly, neither the delivery guys or the assembly team (which turned out to be the same delivery guys) could assemble it.
