Packaged extremely well and made it in one peice. Shipping kept getting rescheduled but that was on the shipping company not wayfair.these is very well made and heavy duty should last a lifetime. Haven't installed yet waiting on bathroom remodel to start will definitely be bracing the flooring beams a little bit this is a very heavy peice 200lbs by itself without water or person so take in to consideration.
