We first bought another shower base for basically the same amount of money. When it arrived, there was no way we could have the contractor install it. The supporting ribs were visible and there were other manufacturing flaws. The company we bought it for basically said tough. So we found this one and order it. Wow what a difference! It arrived on time with great tracking provided. Our contractor said the quality was night and day. This was a shower base he would put in his house.
