Like every grill I've ever used, some spots are warmer than others. It takes a bit of experimentation. Some times this is an advantage. Move thinner cuts to the sides and thicker cuts nearer the back of the grill to get all to cook evenly and be done at the same time. The axillary side burner heats a bit more slowly than I'd hoped. Nice looking grill. Perfect size for my needs. Came very well packaged. I was able to put the entire grill together myself! It took me about 3 hours taking my time and paying attention to the parts and the orientation of how they went together. The instructions were clear but I also watched a couple of videos online of others assembling the grill. Checked all functions and it’s works as it should but have yet to grill food on it.
