The Napoleon grill installation instructions were very easy to follow, even the electrical connections. I like to cook on the grill but I always hade to use a flash light but not with the Napoleon 700 grill. The grilling with the Napoleon grill is much easier with the lighting it has and makes cooking on it much easier when you can see what your cooking. The grill heats up fast and holds the temperature very well. I really like the lighting feature on the burner switches, Blue when a burner is off and red when a burner is on which is a great reminder when burners are still on in case things get busy and you walk away from the grill you can see at a glance a burner is still on. We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Out of the box, this griddle will NOT fit a Prestige 450, but I found it was easily altered to fit. As it is designed to fit the larger surface area of a Prestige 500, the rear spacer needs 1/4” cut off each side, and a small notch cut (see attached photos). The griddle is also too large front to back, but a couple of self-tapping screws along the back edge and inside the front lip of the barbecue prevent any movement. This griddle is really well made. Being stainless steel, there’s no seasoning needed - just clean with water after use to steam clean any food residue off. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. The bidet component is much more effective than I thought it would be. I would recommend this toilet and I would go so far to say that I may buy a second one for my other bathroom upstairs..
