I bought this item from Best Plumbing in Somers, NY. It is extremely loud...anyone in the adjacent rooms will know that you're unrolling toilet paper. Perhaps it has something to do with the side that has the arm is not fitting flushly against the wall. I had to improvise and cut down a cabinet door bumper to size, and place it where the arm and other side of the holder meet. The RainDrain Match 31 1/2" drain trim (finish set) in brushed stainless steel from hansgrohe is a flexible drainage solution for installation flush with the back wall or freestanding in the shower area. The shower drain trim's brushed stainless steel finish goes particularly well with modern bathroom designs. Alternatively, the channel can be tiled at the back also (max. tile thickness 18 mm). The vertically adjustable frame offers flexibility in the drain barrier also: so the system can be adjusted to the height of the tiles – for floor-level installation without trip hazard. The result meets the requirements of a barrier-free shower area. The innovative high-tech silicone membrane also ensure that hair and dirt do not get stuck.
