When I got the door it had a part with a screw hole in the wrong place and the hardware package was missing a few screws, but when I requested replacement parts they showed up in two days. I love these sinks! I was looking for square sinks for our modern style home, but didn't want to deal with puddling water in the corners. This sink looks very sleek and modern without sacrificing function. The only issue I had was with packaging. The sinks were shipped in a box without padding. I ordered 4 and 3 came broken.
