I received this as part of a tried and true program, and this ink is beautiful. It is well packaged/protected with foam and bubble wrap. The template that comes it with is folded so not perfect, definitely needs someone who is knows what they are doing to install it. i haven't pick out my countertop yet so it cannot be installed yet. but i love that it is all rounded and comes with the sink drainer. the inside measures 25 x 16 the outside measure 26 3/4 x 17. Love the look and all the accessories that are included in this sink. The quality is good. My only complaint is the fall, or slope of the sink from the left side to the drain is very low. Water drains fine, but if you plan on installing a food disposal, you will need to push any food debris down to the right side. If you use the included rack in the bottom of the sink, that makes it a bit tougher to do, so plan on a powerful faucet sprayer to assist you. I absolutely love the size of the sink! I can fit all my pots and pans in it. I also love that it’s black, and it doesn’t show every single mark like white porcelain does. Ice Gray

So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed. The sink arrived in just a couple days and was packed very well so it would have quite difficult for it to have been damaged in shipping. It was just perfect! Beautiful sink for our retrofit. I do not use the racks because they make it too cumbersome to clean. I get the theory behind the rack it keeps it from getting scratched. However, if you can’t see it anyway what’s the difference The side rack is nice and I used it for the first couple weeks, but they also reduce the amount of sink I had to clean big pans and pots with perfect size perfect depth. Cleans up nice would’ve given it five stars. However, I’m noticing a lot of rust marks and I don’t understand why.  Overall great delivery great service by Wayfare came in a few days.. Garden.
