Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. Due to the picture of a complete toilet and the schematic of the whole thing and the install directions of the whole thing we thought it WAS the whole toilet. It is not. Only downfall is that it is quite heavy, and if you don't give it help getting in the original position, it can cause the toilet to run.
