Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We still need to add a little wood filler, stains and paint to cover a small bit of the hole in the door at the top of the handle. This went on my interior laundry roommudroom door. Due to humidity and occasional dampness, the old, cheap knobs would become hard to turn. I have issues with arthritis in my hands. This is so easy to use compared to the round knobs.
