Our umbrella fell on the ground after a severe storm and we had to replace the handle. I asked purple leaf (Kate) how I could have it repaired. They were extremely helpful and sent me videos on how to do it myself. I sent out for the replacement handle and was able to successfully replace the handle. We love our umbrella!. Andrés.
